ABOUT ME

My name is Ine, and my first encounter with yoga was many years ago. After a long illness and three complicated surgeries, I discovered some relaxation/meditation audio recordings that were incredibly calming. Over time, I learned it was Yoga Nidra. Like most people, I turned to yoga to cope with daily stress, and it became my go-to remedy. I trained as a Hatha, Yin, and Yoga Nidra teacher and started giving classes… I could hardly believe it.
But, once again, life had other plans for me. I still had some lessons to learn, and I had to deal with the same illness again. After the operation, I went through different phases, and at first, it wasn't easy to get back on the mat… to stay in Savasana… even breathing was a challenge. But here I am, ready to share a space of stillness and calm with all those who want to invest a little of their time in their health and well-being .
Yoga is so much more than impossible poses. Yoga is an inner journey that gradually transforms you and adapts to each individual. Every day I love yoga more for all it teaches and gives me. I aim to create a space where my students feel comfortable and find the peace we so desperately need these days. In my daily life, I try to cultivate mindfulness, although to be honest, I don't always succeed, but ultimately, that's what life is about: intention, action, and learning .
My intention is to help my students cultivate that mindfulness, starting from an intention and a sincere connection with their body and mind .
