Exchanges and Returns:

Did you choose the wrong color or the style wasn't what you expected?

Don't worry, we accept returns of items purchased on our website within 30 days for a refund of the amount paid, less any shipping fees.

If the exchange of color or design involves a more expensive item, the exchange will be possible, but you will need to pay the price difference. This payment can be made through the Bizum platform.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

As mentioned above, we will charge you the shipping cost for the return or exchange of color or design. In mainland Spain, this is approximately 5 €, and 7 € in the Balearic Islands and Portugal.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. In this case, don't worry: the return and new shipping costs are 100% on us.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund on your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
