Care and Cleaning

It is not necessary to clean your mat every day, only when you notice that you have sweated a lot on it, or if you have used it outdoors.

Use a drop of detergent diluted in water, moisten a cloth in the solution, and rub (gently!) your Namastecita mat. Make sure it is completely dry before rolling it up and storing it.

More than perfect

It fully meets the specifications of the website, is non-slip, and absolutely beautiful. After searching for many classroom mats, I found the one that best suits my needs. I highly recommend it and would definitely buy it again.

Absolutely in love

I've been thinking about investing in one of these mats for a while, and I haven't been disappointed at all. It's an upgrade in every way: it has the perfect density that cushions while maintaining firmness; it's the perfect size; the grip is fantastic, and you feel super secure in positions where you need to lock your hands and feet, but it doesn't get stuck in transitions where you might want to slide a little; it's super soft, like a caress on the skin (I have psoriasis flare-ups on my feet and ankles), and namastecita, compared to any other mat I've used, it offers a very gratifying comfort during practice. And it's also beautiful!

The best mat

This is my second purchase from Namastecita. For me, they're the best mats, and I've tried them many times (24 years of practice and 20 years of teaching yoga). The grip, the feel, the cushioning, and the beautiful designs. And this one has markings for good alignment. A 12 out of 10!
